Chinese Cabbage Granaat is a fast-growing Asian cabbage with light green, slightly ruffled leaves that form high and closed loaf-like heads. It is a medium-early variety grown for spring-summer-autumn harvest and matures in 60-70 days after planting the seedlings. The leaves are dark green, and the heads are narrower and higher than other Chinese cabbage varieties. It has a gourmet flavor that makes it an excellent choice for home gardens and is often used in salads and as a vegetable. It is an heirloom variety.
